Energy is the Source

The average person knows little about energy. Energy is at the source of everything.

Without energy, you wouldn’t even be reading this blog post.

As a conscious entrepreneur, you’ll want to make sure your energy is on point every day. Here are 5 ways that I make sure mine is:

  1. Energy Restoration (Sleep) – there’s a significant difference between sleep and restorative sleep. Dr. Andrew Huberman laid down an epic podcast (as always) all about the nuances of sleep. Definitely worth digging in.
  2. Energy Drains (money) – Subscriptions left unchecked will sink your ship. When was the last time you checked your bank statements for subscriptions you aren’t using? That’s just the start.
  3. Energy Drains (people) – Soul-sucking people will consume you. Make sure you’re surrounding yourself with people who fuel you and inspire you. Family included.
  4. Energy Sources (foods) – Just like people, there are foods that consume your energy to process such as those included in the SAD (Standard American Diet – thanks Tyler Tolman). And there are foods that provide energy, such as all the organics. Choose wisely.
  5. Energy Cultivation (ejac regulation) – For the dudes: it is massively taxing on your body when it’s constantly having to replenish the reserves. You’re more tired throughout the day from being in constant ejac hangovers, and you age more rapidly. Be mindful and deliberate about your ejacs. Learn about sexual energy cultivation and transmutation. Mantak Chia is your man.
  6. Energy Circulation (water) – It’s obvious but it needs to be said: it is not only imperative to drink enough water, but the quality of your water is paramount. It should be pure, chemical-free and ideally structured.

Now that you have optimized your personal energy, it’s time to put it into your business or another creative pursuit to multiply it.
